My approach

Life can be overwhelming, and navigating it alone can feel isolating. You might be carrying shame, guilt, or a sense of disconnection from yourself, from others, or from the life you want to be living. Maybe you feel like you’re both too much and not enough, all at once. My approach is inclusive, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that everyone deserves a space where they feel safe, seen, and supported

I enter the therapeutic relationship with openness and curiosity, and I approach each session as a collaborative process. Therapy with me is individualized to your values and goals, and rooted in building a strong, trusting relationship. I’m not a passive listener, I’m an active participant. Together, we’ll explore the parts of your story that feel painful, confusing, or disconnected, while working toward greater clarity, wholeness, and self-understanding.

I believe you already carry more insight than you may realize, you just need the space to access it. My role is to show up consistently and meet you with honesty, compassion, and respect.

As a clinician, I bring both professional experience and lived understanding of therapy’s impact. I know how transformative it can be to feel truly seen and supported. My hope is to offer a steady, safe presence as you move through the work of healing and change.

Qualifications

My diverse clinical background includes experience in inpatient mental health, residential substance abuse treatment, outpatient therapy, corrections, and community mental health.

What Brings Me Joy

Adventure and connection are at the heart of what brings me joy. I love traveling. Exploring new places, meeting people, and immersing myself in different cultures always leaves me feeling inspired and grounded.

I’m an avid gamer. The Mass Effect trilogy holds a special place in my heart. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is another meaningful part of my life. I love training with friends across the country and around the world, and truly appreciate the community that comes with it.

I’m also a a certified diver who finds a deep sense of peace in and around the ocean. At home, nothing makes me happier than quiet moments with my partner and our dogs—they’re my everyday reminder of connection and presence.
